Volunteer department
Volunteers are an intricate part of the entire organization. The volunteer department offers volunteer opportunities to residents of all ages who want to assist in serving their community.
Volunteer opportunities include the Board of Directors, coordinating activities, assisting in the Adult Day Center, friendly visiting, telecare, clerical/computer work, listening to children read, serving and/or delivering meals and assisting with Bingo.

Volunteer Opportunities.
The Money Management Program is looking for volunteers who know how to balance their own check book,
understand that the light bill needs to be paid on time and who have a desire to help others. There are older people
who need you!
Eleanor’s Café at CASI has openings to fill in food service. Hours are from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm and duties consist of
serving ready-made sandwiches, soups and drinks; making change and extending an air of hospitality in a cozy atmosphere.
We operate under the guidelines of AARP and offer a rewarding opportunity for you to make a difference, one on one, with a minimum of time constraints. There is personal training and a support network to ensure that you have the answers for any situation that may arise.
