Fit For Life Fitness Center
Aerobic equipment and mechanical weight systems designed for our clientele! The fitness center is staffed during all open hours with friendly and knowledgeable CASI team members. New members receive two orientation sessions with a certified trainer. Accepting new members – 55 years and older!

Monday	7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday	7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday	7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday	7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday	7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday	8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Sunday	Closed

GenAge Café
CASI offers a nutritious and delicious meal Monday – Friday from 11:30-12:30! A suggested donation of $2.75 goes to Generations Area Agency on Aging.

Reservations are required by noon the day before.
